It is recommended to enable or check the following new settings:
•Unaric Voice Add-In Configuration
•Add Unaric Voice Add-In to Microsoft Teams
•Add or Remove users to a Call Center Configuration

Read the Desaster Recovery plan, which allows you to solve a major outage yourself.
If you did not update from version 7.8, have a look at the recommended update settings of the older versions.
