Call Results are used to trigger different branches in Sales Engagement.

 

 

 

It is essential to select the call result during the call. Once the call is over, Sales Engagement is automatically creating the branch logic, and changing the call result will not affect Sales Engagement, although the call result would be saved in the phone task.

 

 

It is recommended to propose a default call result. If no call result is selected during the call,  the branch/cadence continues with the No path.

 

Sales Engagement is only available for outbound calls
