Switch Phone System / Configuration

It is possible to switch between different phone systems or configurations to get a maximum flexibility.

 

use a cloud-based phone system in the home office - e.g. Amazon Connect

switch between different configurations - e.g. when the user is a member of different teams or test different settings

 

Click on the gear icon to access the available phone systems/configurations. Which configurations are available are defined by the administrator.

 

 

 

 

Experiment with

 

different workflows, e.g. show account, opportunity or case for inbound calls or different follow-up options

different call Wrap-Up settings, e.g. with groups or Enable Call Wrap-Up for No Answer calls
