Unaric Voice 

If a call is successfully transferred, it can be protocoled and is available in a Report / Dashboard.

 

Call Transfer Type

 

This field shows the transfer type (blind or consulted).

 

 

Call Transfer To

This field shows where the call was transferred to. Depending on the phone system and transfer target, the phone number, user name, user e-mail, call queue, etc. will be shown.

 

 

 

 

The field must be created through the Configuration, General Setup

You need to add the field on the task page layout.
