Release Highlight - Unaric Voice Add-In for Microsoft Teams
The Unaric Voice Add-In for Microsoft Teams now connects Microsoft Teams with Salesforce so you can log calls even when not logged in to Salesforce.
This makes it easy to use the Unaric Voice in combination with Salesforce while working on the go.
Each call is automatically logged as a Task with call details on the related Salesforce contact.

Unaric Meetings for Microsoft Teams
Unaric Meetings automatically logs your MS Teams meetings in Salesforce as events, complete with access to meeting info.
New this release:
Team leads who didn’t attend the meeting can now access the recording, transcription, and recap directly from the event page in Salesforce.
This is a major upgrade over standard Teams functionality. No more “Can someone send me the notes?” emails.
