The Unaric Voice MS-Teams Add-In shows clear error messages when something goes wrong during login or usage.
These messages appear:
•On the authentication screen (e.g. missing license or invalid user mapping)
•Inside the app when a request fails
These messages help you to understand the issue and take the next step.
Examples:
•400 - The Office 365 user is not recognized as a CTI user in Salesforce
•1006 – No Unaric Voice MS Teams Add-In license assigned to the user
•1005 – The Office 365 user {userPrincipalName} is not added to a Salesforce Call Center Configuration
•Unable to connect Unaric Cloud Service
