The refresh icon in the top right shows your current connection status:
•Green: Connected - click to reconnect if needed
•Red: Disconnected - click to reconnect to the Cloud Service
•Gray: Offline - no internet connection detected
Click the icon to reload the Add-In:
•If no call is active, the Add-In reloads immediately.
•If a call is active, the system will first end the call properly, then reload the Add-In.
This ensures you don’t lose data and keeps the app responsive.
A menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner of the Add-In gives you quick access to:
•User Info – displays the logged-in email address
•Help – opens the documentation based on your selected language
•Sign out – logs you out of the Add-In and shows the login screen
When you sign out:
•You’re redirected to the sign out screen
•On next launch, the sign in screen will appear
•If you're still active on another device and try to make a call, the app blocks it and shows this message:
"You’ve been logged out. Please sign in again to continue."
You'll then be redirected to the login screen automatically.
