If the Unaric Voice MS-Teams Add-In loses connection to the Mirage Cloud Service, you’ll see a message and a reconnect icon in the top right corner.

 

Click the Reconnect button to restore the connection without refreshing the page.

 

This helps when:

•The app is stuck or unresponsive

•You see a “Connection closed” message

 

By clicking the button, the system will try to reconnect and bring everything back to normal.

No need to reload Teams or restart the app.
