MS Teams - Mirage Connector

 

MS Teams for landline calls with Direct Routing or Microsoft Calling Plans.

 

 

•Protocol lost calls in a queue

•Send email for a lost call in queue.

•Save inbound calls to direct extensions while you're logged out of Salesforce

•Compliance Recording with Call Cabinet

 

 

 

•Internal directory search in Salesforce, Office 365 and queues.

•Suppress Chat threads in MS Teams Client for calls.

•Authorization from Salesforce to Azure is not anymore required.

•Show direct extension number as caller ID for outbound calls - no additional personal queue required.

•Call queue logic matches standard MS-Teams queue logic

•DTMF tones improvement.

Live Agent Status Dashboard

 

•Listen in / Barge in to calls directly from Salesforce.
       

 

Power Dialer
 

•Softphone indicates if you have any overdue calls in the Power Dialer.

•Option to restore the previous presence status after call rejection.
