The phone book with the Mirage MS-Teams Connector can be configured to use the Salesforce user list, the Office 365 Tenant user list and call queues (configurable).
To make an internal call, the e-mail address is used. You can activate Internal calls protocoling from here.
The presence state is shown next to the user name.
You can also type in an e-mail address to make an internal call
If queues are enabled, you can select to search for users or queues.
