Amazon Connect has 3 different presence states
•Available (Online)
•Offline
•Logout
If you have custom presence state options (e.g. Break), it will be treated as status Offline.
You can not make an outbound call when the status is Offline and Logout. Inbound calls will not be signaled when status is Offline and Logout.
When status is Offline, the connection icon is yellow
To make calls and receive calls, select the presence state Available (Online). The connection icon will turn to green.
If you end your work, select Logout. You can also select this status if there is a problem to connect to Amazon Connect and the phone does not dial. The connection icon will turn to red.
