Amazon Connect does not support making a call to an internal extension as there are no extensions.

 

If a user has a mobile phone, you can configure this as internal extension and access it in the Unaric Voice SoftPhone by typing in his first or last name in the line Phone Number / Internal Directory. This option is only available if there is no active call.

 

 

 

 

The internal extension is configured in the Salesforce user record
