Amazon Connect

Amazon Connect has some additional features or different call behaviour within the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone compared to a normal phone system integration.

 

It requires Chrome or Firefox. Tablet and mobile devices are not supported.

 

After the first sign in, the access to the microphone needs to be allowed. See also troubleshooting how to select and allow the microphone through Browser settings.

 

 

Depending on the Browser, the microphone icon shows only during a call or always.

 

Chrome (red icon in tab - only during call)

Firefox (Microphone icon in URL - always visible)
