•Offline
Unaric Voice has added another presence state Logout
You can not make an outbound call when the status is offline and logout.
Select in the main Main Call Center Setup the presence state configuration: Amazon Connect - Presence State
You can define custom a presence state but it needs to have the Presence Status Code = 2 (Offline)
