Menu item: PBX Test Tool
PBX Test Tool can be used to test the services for ACD for Salesforce.
User can simulate the phone system using this tool and see the output of the ACD for Salesforce service.
Depending on the required functionality (call distribution, data look up, IVR) there are different services available
•IVR
ACD Cloud Service Endpoint URL
This field specifies about ACD for Salesforce Cloud Service base URL.
Salesforce Org ID
This field specifies about 18 character Salesforce org id.
Enter PBX Token
This field specifies about PBX token generated from Mirage Cloud for Salesforce Portal.
Select PBX
This field specifies about PBX ID which exist on ACD for Salesforce main Setup record.
Select Service Type
This field specifies about type of service. like: Extension lookup, Data lookup, IVR lookup
Select look Up
This field specifies about lookup Id which exist on lookup record. like: Extension lookup Id (AD9A83-09DA7E-E0A3C5)
Select Search Type
This field specifies about search type. like: Caller Id, Called Id, IVR ID
Search Type Value
This field specifies about search type value.
Example: We have selected search type as Caller Id then search type value will be Caller Id value. like: callerId = +4931976354XXX
Execute Service
Click on Execute Service button to see the output result.
