Mirage ACD - Setup

 

This is the main ACD Mirage Set up to which all the look ups are connected like Extension, Data, IVR and the dialing options.

 

The ACD setup comes with multiple default set ups. User can either edit the set up using the Edit button or even can clone the default record to create new set up record using Clone button.

 

 

Default - ACD Setup - Standard Setup for all phone systems

 

Amazon Connect - ACD Setup - Standard Setup for Amazon Connect

 

 

 

Setup Name

This field specifies the ACD Setup name. This field is mandatory to create setup record.

 

ACD - Dialing Options

This field specifies the Dialing Option lookup name. This field is used for apply the dialing rules on caller Id.

 

Mirage Cloud Service URL

This field specifies the Mirage Cloud Service URL. This url is used for call out the cloud service and syncing the Salesforce data to Mirage Cloud for Salesforce Portal.

 

ACD IVR Lookup Based On

This field specifies that IVR lookup is based on which parameter type like: Caller Id,Called Id,  Amazon Connect

 

Description

This field specifies the detail about ACD setup.

 

PBX ID

This field specifies the Auto generated unique PBX ID. This field is used for making the PBX system unique.

 

Enable Error Logging

This field specifies that error logging is enabled or not. This field is used for enable the error logging.

 

Log Level

This field specifies the log level. If log level is error then log records will create otherwise log records would not be created.

 

Activate Email notifications

This field specifies that email notification is activated or not. This field is used for activate the email notification.

 

Email default notification address

This field specifies the default email address for getting the email notifications. All the email notifications will be send

to this email address. for example: error notification.

 

Select Template For Error Notification

This field is used for selecting the error notification template. This template will be used for sending the email notifications.

 

Template for Error Notification

This field specifies the selected error notification template name.

 

Edit

Edit button is used for modify the values of the existing record.

 

Clone

Clone button is used for clone the existing record and create a new record.

 

Delete

Delete button is used for delete the selected record.

This list specifies the total number of ACD licensed users. This is used for assign the ACD license to Salesforce users.

This list specifies the total number of Mirage ACD - IVR look ups assigned to that Mirage ACD - Setup.

 

Mirage ACD - Extension Look Up

This list specifies the total number of Mirage ACD - Extension look ups assigned to that Mirage ACD - Setup.

This list specifies the total number of Mirage ACD - Data look ups assigned to that Mirage ACD - Setup.
