Menu item: Look Up Default Value

 

Whenever any set up is created in Salesforce the main set up data PBX ID, look up ids of the Extension or Data look Up and their default value will be saved in the Mirage Cloud for Salesforce Portal database on the basis of org ID.

 

User can see the default extension number or the default data look up value using this.

List of PBX in the drop down

 

At the top of the page is the drop down containing the list of all available PBX in the Salesforce for the current user.

Select a PBX to see the Look ups attached to the Mirage ACD Set up and the related default values.

 

Look Up Name

 

Name of the Look Up set up created in the Salesforce and assigned to the selected PBX.

 

Look Up ID

 

ID of the Look Up set up created in the Salesforce and assigned to the selected PBX. This Look up id is unique and needs to be provided in the ACD service calls by the phone system.

 

Look Up Type

 

Type of the Look Up set up created in the Salesforce and assigned to the selected PBX. For extension look up it is ExtNo and for data look up it is Data.

 

Default Value

 

Default value of the Look Up set up created in the Salesforce and assigned to the selected PBX.

In case Salesforce connection breaks this default value is returned to the phone system.

 

Is Default

 

There can be a single default look up set up each for extension look up and the data look up in the Salesforce.

This flag suggests whether the look up set up is the default set up or not. In case no look up id is provided by the phone system this default set up will be used to return the result.
