This option allows you to create secret key for ACD for Salesforce services authentication.

 

 

 

 

Create Secret Key button to generate a secret key required for the configuration on the Mirage Cloud for Salesforce Portal.

 

This key needs to be added in the Mirage Cloud for Salesforce Portal before doing any look up set up in the Salesforce.

Once the secret key is created, it is only shown once. If forgotten, it has to be created again.
