Automatic Call Distribution for Salesforce

This option allows you to start the the configuration of ACD for Salesforce and must also be used after each update.

 

 

 

Click on the button Start Update to begin with the configuration.

 

After installation of  a new version of the ACD for Salesforce application (App Exchange-package), you must run the update procedure.

Click on the button: Start Update. The update procedure creates a custom application ACD for Salesforce.

 

The ACD setup comes with multiple default configurations

 

 

Default - ACD Setup - Standard Setup for all phone systems

 

Amazon Connect - ACD Setup - Standard Setup for Amazon Connect

 

Configuration per User

You have to add a user to the ACD configuration. Otherwise the user will not have any ACD setup assigned. Only if this step is done, the user will get the ACD license.
