Live Agent Status Dashboard

Add a profile picture to the Live Agent Dashboard

The extension number is clickable to start a call from the Live Agent Dashboard

 

If Favourites are selected, the selected favorites are displayed every time the Live Agent Dashboard is opened
 

 

Power Dialer

Show pending calls in the campaign selection list

New call decision screen (next action) with campaign result (available in reports)

Count the number of calls per call member and campaign (call campaign name saved in the task of the call)

Schedule Calls - Calendar control in addition to values like 1 hour or 1 day

Limit the maximum number of calls per day to a call member

Mass import using a Salesforce campaign
