Mass import campaign members

Depending on permissions, a user, a campaign administrator, or the Salesforce administrator can mass import records for group or personal call campaigns.

 

1. Use Views

Create a View for

 

Leads

Accounts

Contacts

 

Then select the records you want to assign to a campaign and select the button: Add to Call Campaign

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then select an existing Call Campaign. If you add a date/time, the call will be put in the scheduled call list

 

Alternatively, you can create a new call campaign

 

 

 

Depending on your permissions, you can create call campaigns for Groups or only personal call campaigns. A group call campaign requires assigning a queue, which consists of several users.

 

 

 

2. Use Salesforce Campaigns

 

To import a large number of users or import with complex conditions, use a Salesforce Campaign.

 

 

After importing into the Salesforce campaign (e.g., using a report), select the campaign and then use the button Add all members to call campaign.

 

 

 

Thereafter, you get a screen that displays the number of members to be imported. You can

Add a date/time when the campaign starts

In a group campaign, you can assign the selected campaign members to a specific user. Only the users from the campaign call queue are displayed.

 

 

The maximum number of records which can be imported is 10.000

 

3. Use Data Import Wizard

After creating a campaign and queues, you can make a mass import of members to the object: Mirage Call Campaign Member using the data import wizard.
