•Live Agent Dashboard

•Only the Call History Tab is available in Classic, Incomplete calls Tab and SMS Tab are not supported. Instead of icons, tab labels are shown.

•In Classic, presence state icons in directory search results are not shown.

•Package version 7.4017.16, 7.4017.17 and 7.4017.18 are not supported in Classic mode with Summer 24 Orgs (you need to use 7.5 release version)

•Some parts of Page Layouts where Lightning Components are used may not function properly in Classic. So for CTI setup admin needs to use Lightning mode.
