The Call History list displays all incoming and outgoing calls and allows you to edit the activity.
•Entries in red are missed calls (incoming) or not answered calls (outgoing)
•The icon signals an outgoing call
•The icon signals an incoming call
•Entries in grey have missing information - see TAB incomplete calls
•A ? means that a caller could not be identified and that also no contact was assigned manually (Lightning only)
•If Edit / Save is missing there was no activity saved - Option Do Not Save was selected
You can click on the name to open the contact, lead or account record. In case a caller could not be identified clicking on the phone number make an outgoing call.
•To modify the associated activity to the call, click on Edit
•If Save is displayed, the call is not yet saved. Click on Save, to edit the call in the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone and save it.
