CTI Data Connector for Salesforce® provides a Live Agent status Dashboard to monitor the agent presence state. It is automatically refreshed every 15 seconds. A wallboard gives a real time overview about Presence State, Inbound / Outbound Calls and Queues.

 

 

 

The Live Agent Dashboard works independently from the phone system.

 

The presence state is also used when the user searches in the phone directory or does a call transfer.
