Mute Microphone / Dialpad

The CTI Data Connector SoftPhone shows additional options when used with Amazon Connect.

Microphone Mute / Unmute

When a call is active, a microphone icon appears. You can mute and unmute the microphone.

Dialpad

When a call is active, the dialpad icon shows. This is required if you need to type in numbers while connected to an IVR. Click on the icon to show or hide the dialpad.
