Placetel CTI für Salesforce

In case a non-administrator user should do configuration for Placetel CTI für Salesforce®, the admin permission set must be created. It is recommended to always create the permission sets.

Click on: Create Permission Set

•Mirage CTI Admin user - required if a user without administrator permission should be able to change the call center configuration

•Mirage CTI Additional Task Field - required if additional task fields have been created

•Mirage Amazon Connect Call Recording - required to control access to call recordings
