Placetel CTI für Salesforce

After installation of  a new version of the  CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application (AppExchange-package), you must run the update procedure. Click on the button: Start Update. The update procedure adds new values or page layout information. It can be run multiple times.

 

 

 

 

 

If you get the error below, disable Clickjack protection while installing the update. After update installation you can enable it again.
