Menu item: Home
The Home screen is the place to start.
Once the user logs in successfully, home screen is displayed.
Menu consist of the various features available in the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal including support and the user settings related menus.
AC Instance Management
Administrator needs to add the Amazon Connect instances name on the AC Instance Management screen to allow users to log in to the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage. User will not be able to use the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage if instance name is not registered on this screen. For details click here.
License Information
Administrator can check and verify the license related information like customer ID, product ID, renewal date, company name, number of licensed users, number of active users on this screen. For details click here.
Licensed Users Management
Users are automatically registered when they use the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client and pass the license check. Administrator can block or delete the registered users for the Company using this screen. For details click here.
User Settings
Contains the sub menu for Change Password, Change Email and Update Profile. For details click here .
Online Help
Click on the menu online help to open the help link for the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal in a new tab.
Log Out
To log out from Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage Portal. For details click here .
