Amazon Customer ID
Subscribing and creating contract in AWS Market place for Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage results in creating a unique customer ID for the customer. Administrator can verify the customer ID using this screen.
Amazon Product ID
Subscribing and creating contract in AWS Market place for Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage returns the product id of the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage product. Administrator can verify the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage product ID using this screen.
Company Name
Name of the company entered on the registration screen in the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal.
Max number of licensed users allowed
Subscribing and creating contract in AWS Market place for Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage asks for the number of user licenses customer requires. The value of max number of licensed users allowed is equal to the number of user licenses bought by the customer from AWS market place. Customer is invoiced for the max number of licensed users allowed. Customer can increase and decrease the value in the AWS market place and the invoicing is done on pro data basis by amazon market place.
Number of active licensed users
Number of active licensed users are the current number of users who are using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client.
Renewal Date
Renewal date when the current contract will renew. In case the contract expires users are not allowed to use the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client.
Max number of licensed users must be greater or equal to the number of active licensed users. In case user licenses are decreased below the active licensed users in the AWS Market place contract, all the active licensed users will get deleted and new client users will be added freshly as per the new value of max number of licensed users allowed. So in case max number of licensed users needs to be decreased below active users, first block / delete some users from the portal and then do the change in the contract in the AWS Market place.
