User Settings contains the sub menu for Change Password and Update Profile.

 

 

Change Password

 

Change Password screen is used to change the existing password by the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal user. For details click here .

 

Change Email

 

Change Email screen is used to change the existing email address used by the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal user. For details click here .

 

Update Profile

 

Update Profile screen is used to change the existing basic information of the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal user like first name, last name , language, time zone etc. For details click here .
