Menu item: Licensed Users Management
Users are automatically registered when they use the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client and pass the license check. Administrator can block or delete the registered users for the Company using this screen.
Select Amazon Connect Instance
List contains the registered Amazon Connect Instances. Select a Amazon Connect instance to view the current active licensed users.
Username
User name of the Amazon Connect user who is using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client.
Is Active
Amazon Connect user who is using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client is active or not. Administrator can block the user from using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client using the Block button.
Last Login
Last log in date in the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client.
Created
Created date of the user using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client first time.
Block
Administrator can block the user from using the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client using the Block button.
Unblock
Administrator can unblock the user to use the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage client again using the Unblock button.
Delete
Administrator can delete the user from the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal using the Delete button. A license will be free to use for another user.
