3CX Call Flow Designer changes for Name Look Up

 
1. Create a 3CX call designer flow for data look up which will send the required parameters to the data look up service and will return the name of the contact found in Salesforce.

2. Response content of Mirage data look up service will have the name of the caller. Assign it to some variable to store the caller name.

3. Use the text to speech services like  Amazon Polly service to greet the caller using the name returned from the Service.
