Types of PBX test tool

 

1. Test tool with sample data

 

This can be used to test ACD for Salesforce  with sample data from the Mirage ACD for Salesforce demo org. There will be pre-filled data which you can use directly to evaluate the behavior of different scenarios.

 

 

2. Test tool with custom data

 

This can be used to test ACD for Salesforce with custom data from the your own org. You need to do the ACD for Salesforce set up and then enter the required values on PBX test tool with data from your own org to evaluate the behavior of different scenarios.
