Other Changes

•The Mirage Cloud service is required

•Only single user installations are supported

•Windows XP is no longer supported

•The license is per user and no longer per PC. You will get the same number of user licenses like you bought for version 4

•Each CTI user needs a Salesforce Login name. It is not possible to share one Salesforce Login name  with several CTI users

•Custom phone fields are not yet supported

•The field Call Object Identifier is no longer used. To identify if a call was created by Unaric Voice use the field Call ID

License information

Version 5 and additional services like the Mirage Cloud Service are subscription based. In case the subscription is canceled the product and the service can no longer be used.
