If the Wallboard is used, at least one Live Agent Dashboard Administrator needs to be defined.

Only the Live Agent Dashboard Administrator can filter data based on Call Center, queue and agents.

 

Step 1 - Add field on the user page layout

 

Setup / Object Manager / User / User Page Layouts

Add the field: Live Agent Dashboard Administrator

 

 

 

 

Step 2 - Make a user to Power Dialer Administrator

Setup / users / user

 

Check the option: Live Agent Dashboard Administrator

 

 

Step 3 - Assign user to a Call Center

The Live Agent Dashboard Administrator must be added to a Call Center with a Live Agent status configuration.
