If the option Automatically open task after end of a call and create an activity for Incoming or Outgoing calls is enabled, then the following options cannot be enabled simultaneously:
 

Call Wrap Up - Call Wrap Up selection required for Incoming call / Outgoing call

Softphone - Phone note required

Power Dialer - Campaign Selection Required
