Select the 3CX Call Center - this will automatically add all required default values for 3CX.
The 3CX Windows SoftPhone supports answering the call in Unaric Voice while with the Web Client and the Mobile APP it is not possible.
The default configuration in Call Center - SoftPhone for Call Control is configured for the 3CX Windows SoftPhone.
If a Web Client / Mobile App is used:
•Copy the Call Center
•Select as Call Center - SoftPhone: 3CX - Web Client or manually change: Show Call Answer Option = unchecked
•Add the user to the call center
