3CX Setup

Select the Call Center Configuration - 3CX Call Center - this will automatically add all required default values for 3CX.

3CX with MS Teams App

If 3CX is used with MS Teams APP (instead of 3CX SoftPhone), then a separate call center must be created for the users with MS Teams and the cloud service URL must be changed.

VoipTools Server Installation

The VoipTools server installation needs to be done by Mirage.

Configure Dial via API

Check: Active

The API URL is the domain of your 3CX server + :8801/api

Add extension number per user

The 3cx extension number must be added in the user record to get a match between Salesforce user and 3CX extension. Add the number in the field extension.
