You can create users and configure them with permissions that are appropriate to their roles (for example, agents or managers).
•Log in to the Amazon Connect console with an Admin account, or an account assigned to a security profile that has permissions to create users.
•Choose Users, User management
•Choose Add new users
•Choose Create and set up a new user and then choose Next
•Enter the name, email address, login name and password for the user
•Define the After Call Work timeout (ACW - also often known as call Wrap-Up time), which is the number of seconds the agent is in Offline state after the call ended. The status will go back to Online automatically. If 0 is defined, agent will stay in Offline state
•Choose a routing profile and a security profile
•Choose Save. If the Save button isn't active, it means you don't have permissions to add or edit a user.
The user name and password will be required after CTI Data Connector SoftPhone is loaded.
