Menu item: User Settings - Change Email
Change Email screen is used to change the existing email address of the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage Portal user.
Enter the new email address to be used for future log in to the portal. As the email is also the user name in Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal which must be unique. So email id to be changed must be confirmed and old email address will become invalid for future log in.
Click on Save to update the user email address data.
Email address must be confirmed by the user before using for log in into the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal.
Old email address will become invalid for log in as soon as the data is updated in the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal.
