Menu item: User Settings - Change Password
Change Password screen is used to change the existing password by the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage Portal user.
Current password
Enter the current password for the portal used for log in in the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage Portal.
New password
Enter the new password for the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal which will be used for log in in the portal next time.
Confirm new password
Enter the new password again entered in the new password text box for confirmation which will be used for log in in the portal next time.
CHANGE PASSWORD
Click on change password button to update the existing password for the Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage portal.
