The first entry with SoftPhone is the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application version number. Latest version is 7.7049.1.
The second entry is the connector or Server version

The CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application is updated regularly. We recommend checking for updates once per month.
The licensing is now done within Salesforce and no longer using CTI Data Connector - TAPI Link. You have to assign the users instantly after you installed the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone application.
The default license count is 50 licenses for 1 month. We will update that to your real license count within 2 business days. If you need the full license count instantly open a support ticket. However the license count can only be added after you installed the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone update.
