In case a non-administrator user should do configuration for Unaric Voice, the admin permission set must be created. It is recommended to always create the permission sets.

•Mirage CTI Standard User permission is assigned automatically to each user assigned to a Call Center Configuration
•Mirage CTI Admin user - required if a user without administrator permission should be able to change the call center configuration. Additional permissions like creating and modifying metadata is granted. Check the permission set, if the user can have all permissions. If not, you can not use this functionality. You have to assign this permission set manually to the user
•Mirage CTI Additional Task Field - required if additional task fields have been created
•Mirage Amazon Connect Call Recording - required to control access to call recordings
•Mirage CTI Full Admin user is automatically assigned to the Salesforce system administrator
•Mirage Power Dialer - Administrator is automatically assigned to the Power Dialer administrator
•Mirage Power Dialer App and Mirage Power Dialer permission is automatically assigned to each user who has Power Dialer enabled
•Mirage Media Files Read Permission and Mirage Media Files Edit Permission depending on the Call Center - Media Files configuration
