Unaric Voice
The configuration and call center setup for Unaric Voice is accessible via the App-Launcher (alternatively goto Setup, Installed Packages and search for Unaric Voice . Then click on Configure )
After the first installation, the App Launcher will be only available once the Call Center Configuration was started.
