MS Teams - Contact Center

The integration with ContactCenter4ALL, a Microsoft-certified MS Teams contact center solution, brings comprehensive contact center functionality to MS Teams and Salesforce.

Any device supported by Microsoft Teams can be used - Windows, MAC computer, Mobile phone app or Browser.

System Requirements

•Microsoft O365 license E1,E3, Business Basic, Standard Premium or E5,A5

•Microsoft Phone System license

•CC4ALL - Contact center license

•SBC (Session Border Controller)

•SIP-Trunk

All calls must be routed from the SBC to the Contact Center.

Requires a Mirage Connector for CC4ALL license
