The Power Dialer organizes the campaigns in 3 (personal call campaign or 4 (group call campaign) TABS. Each tab contains different lists with members of the campaign.

 

Members in the group call list

Members in your personal call list

Members in a scheduled call list

Completed calls

 

 

All lists are updated automatically to display added or removed members. You can manually refresh by clicking on the icon to get an instant update.

 

Members in Group Call List

The list is typically provided by the administrator and shared between multiple users. By clicking on a phone number, the record will be assigned to you, and the record will automatically disappear for all other group users.

 

Hovering over the phone number shows the type (e.g. business or mobile) of the phone number.

 

 

 

To dial, click on the phone number or the button Call Next. The button Call Next will pick the next available record to call.

If you want to make sure that a particular member is not called by anybody else, move this member to your personal call list - select the record and click on the icon .

 

 

 

 

 

Members in Personal Call List

These members are exclusively assigned to you.

 

 

To dial, click on the phone number or the button Call Next. The button Call Next will pick the next available record to call.

 

 

Members in Scheduled Call List

These are members where the call is scheduled to a specific date/time. Once the scheduled date/time is reached, the member is automatically moved to the Personal Call list.

 

 

There are multiple options for how a member can be placed in the Scheduled Call List.

After the call: click on the icon . A picklist is displayed to postpone the call for a specific number of minutes or days. The administrator can define the default value and the options available in the picklist.

At any time:  select a member and click on the icon.

 

 

 

When a record is added to a call campaign, a date/time can be specified (Call Again)

 

Completed Calls

If a call is completed and there should be no follow-up call, the member can moved to this list.

 

 

There are two ways to move a member to the Completed Calls tab.

 

After the call clicking on the icon
