Call queues are required for group call campaigns.
•A queue consists of several Salesforce users
•All users in the queue receive the names and phone numbers of the campaign members in the group call list
To create and administrate call queues, the APP is required.
Select Call Queues
Call queues can be created here via the New button. Existing queues can be selected to add users.
When a user is deleted from the queue, all campaign members are automatically removed from his personal and scheduled list and assigned to the group.
