If you are not able to make an outgoing call, perform the following checks:
•Start the Configuration Wizard
•Browse to the page where you can select the TAPI driver and select the correct TAPI driver. See also Where do I find the TAPI driver?
•Press button Finish
•Select Quick dialing
•Type in a phone number an select Dial
If the number is dialed but with a wrong prefix (a wrong number is placed in front or numbers are missing), check solution Outgoing Call - wrong Prefix.
If dialing works with Quick dialing but you can not dial with a Hotkey, change the Hotkey within the Configuration Wizard.
If outgoing calls are still not working, make a test with Windows Phone Dialer. Select in Windows: Start, Run: Dialer.exe
Select menu item: Tools, Connect Using...
Then select the Line - Your TAPI driver should appear here, typically with the name of the PBX or extension number
Type in the phone number and click on the button: Dial. If the number is not dialed at the outside prefix - typically 0 or a 9.
If outgoing calls are not working with the Phone Dialer, the reason for the problem is the TAPI driver. Contact your phone vendor.
If outgoing calls are working with the Phone Dialer but you cannot dial with Unaric Voice, send us a log file.
