The development SDK offers computer telephony integration in any type of application using the CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition development API.

 

A typical integration allows the user to directly dial from within the application (e.g. by clicking on a button) and would also provide caller identification including a pop-up of the caller data directly within the application.

 

Depending on the type of the integration this requires to build SQL statements or some development work.
