If you want to integrate CTI Data Connector Enterprise Edition 3.0 directly in an application, there is a software development kit available, which supports multiple integration options (using a DLL, ActiveX, XML file for dialling).

 

The simplest way of an integration is to invoke the file dial.exe with the phone number as an parameter.

 

dial.exe phonenumber

The phone number is automatically formatted and special characters are removed
