To upgrade from the legacy call center configuration, only a few steps are required:
•Install the latest call center adapter
•Open the legacy call center configuration in one Browser TAB to get all configuration values
•Navigate to the extended call center configuration in another TAB and then copy / paste the values from the legacy configuration to the extended call center configuration
•Remove the licenses from all users but not your own license
•Add the users to the configuration. They will be automatically moved to the new call center adapter. You find a user list at the end of the call center configuration.
•Delete the old call center adapter
For all future updates, no new call center adapter will be required
